So uhhh I actually played this game on a different platform, I just bought it on Steam to have it there some time ago, and to review it but it seems I forgot about that...

Anyways, don't be afraid of the rumors that it's hard. Yes, it is. And very fair. And very VERY fun.

It's not a "100 billion mobs in an MMO dungeon" hard, it's a "get this right or we're gonna punish you" hard, and man is it good. You're not doing some funny hack n slash here, you're having a dance to the death, and a missed step is a fatal one.

The worldbuilding and visuals are fantastic, tho if you want to understand something about the lore I recommend heading over to YouTube and typing "VaatiVidya", trust me on that one.

Combat is something else. It's so satisfying, and with the variety of weapons and builds you really get to develop your own unique style of play!

Every step in this game feels like uncovering new and fascinating secrets, the map are built in a way that feels like a sprawling labyrinth, in a good way! Shortcuts, alternate paths, entire secret areas, secret areas within secret areas and so much more!

Really am just here to leave my own two scents on why Dark Souls in general, not just the third one, is definitely one of my favorite game series out there.

Do yourself a favor, go play it. Preferrably blind. If you still need some convincing, go look up the OST for the game and give it a listen. It's fantastic, alright? Go ahead. I doubt you'd be disappointed.
