Sadly you only get an achievement for 2nd place, nothing for first. Guess they didnt think BJ could do it

Was a great game
Its servers shut down today. It always seemed inevitable due to the intermittent support from the devs. I can't believe they lasted this long despite losing the devs who knew how to maintain and update the game using its godawful proprietary game engine. Despite the inevitable end, and thanks to its solid gameplay, the community kept playing.

With the kickstarter failing to meet their goal, and the servers shutting down today, it seems it's finally the end for this amazing/♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. They say they're still going to work on it despite failing their goal, and if they can port it to a new game engine, maybe there's still hope. Maybe they will make do with what they have, like they have for the lase decade.

Buy it on GOG, the steam version does not work properly on modern pcs

It's great

Great game, a bit grindy and the battles are a bit small unless you mod it with warband battlesizer. Other problems like how the lords have a distinct advantage in terms of their army size, your amount of ammunition for your ranged weapons is a bit small, the grind for gold is fairly brutal, and unlike the other lords, when you go down your army immediately goes into a rout. All of this can be fixed with various mods that allow you to tweak the difficulty and atmosphere. Fantastic game without mods, one of the best with mods. 9.5/10

Also very friendly to those who have low end or old computers

Spent 15 hours trying toget this to run, biggest waste of time and money in a long time. Until they fix it would not recommend. [Something about incompatability with microsoft something] 0/10
