Game was sold and advertised as an MMO RPG, developers chose to completely change up the game recently and turn it into pretty much a singleplayer game with optional co-op. Doesn't sound so bad does it? Well it does for Founders, whose "exclusive" content was not only pretty much given to everyone else who owned the game for free, but in turn was transformed into an in-game currency that unlocks cosmetics. COSMETICS FOR A SINGLE PLAYER GAME WOW!!!! Oh also, if you run cheat engine or any sort of cheats for the game, you can unlock these aspects that were meant only for founders, so all the people that spent money on this game not only got lied to about the game but also about the exclusive "Oh we appreciate your extra support for purchasing a bigger founder pack!" content.

Edit: Let's not forget that the people that also played the game prior to this mess had their entire progress reset completely. So if you played the game for 500 hours before this then guess what? You have nothing now

Edit #2: So after trying to get a refund for the game and founder packs, the Steam support team sent me a message saying the following: "Unfortunately, we're unable to make an exception in this case. Until this developer requests otherwise, we must respect our policy." Because even though I have played the game for less than 2 hours, 14 days passed since the purchase of the Founder packs, which makes it not eligible for refund after that time period EVEN after what the developer just did was recent. That response makes me assume the developer has not even tried to make amends with the consumers by even making an attempt to extend the refund window, especially after the huge game change announcement.
