I played this game on the Xbox, and it swiftly became my favourite story campaign of any game out there. The music, sounds the scenery brought me way back to my best years in gaming. And when I finally finished the campaign and Six died once more, I actually cried slightly. I had forgotten about the feels that this game evoked, when compared to other games. Facing overwhelming odds, knowing already that your fate is sealed and there is nothing you can do. Few games, and genres do it so well and Bungie did it here spectacularly.

So 343, thanks for all the memories. Lets hope you can pull off the others as well as this one.

If you are new here and are wondering whether to try out the Halo trilogy, then I would strongly recommend so. Despite the rough patch with Bungie leaving and 343 taking over, this has remained my favourite game and I hope it will make you as happy as it made me.
