TL;DR: Full of potential, it's free, teams 99% of the time unfair, new merc absolutely ruins everyone with no counter


This game was good, but now UI is ♥♥♥♥♥♥
"Casual" is objective and takes forever to find a match, and when you do get in the teams are unbalanced 99/100 times
"Ranked" is stopwatch and same as before, unfair teams
"Server Browser" is casual stopwatch, still no balance
Why no balance? Because you get to pick your team and if the other team is winning and seal clubbing, you can sure call for a team shuffle to balance it out, but the winners never do so because why would they? They're winning!
***NOTE*** Winning only gives a bonus of 500exp (literally miniscule reward in this game)
With the new update they added Jav, a merc with a rocket launcher. Which would be fine but she insta kills everything and you have very little to none chance of winning an engagement with her if she has a rocket, multiply this by a team with four Javs and you are in for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ headache of a match.


EDIT: ALSO if some ♥♥♥♥♥ on your team wants to be useless, they get to be useless and if you say anything you have autism, the community is toxic and trash. No one plays their roles and the team that does stomps. Tutorials are not peoples strongsuits cause they can't press Q and/or E at the right, and very obvious, times.

In the end, play at your own risk, it's free and you'll lose to anyone's team who actually slightly work together.

Summary
----------
Hurtworld in my general opinion is a great game, those are dangerous words for the internet but who are to say, you're reading reviews. It's easy to spend hours on at a time and not even realize it, while it seems you've been gathering or doing a task for ten min, it's been an hour. Base building is fun as hell and community servers can have amazing admins.
So go and chop a few logs and a new mixtape to keep you warm. 8.7/10
