You're just a nobody, the world does not care about you. They won't cry if you are dead. You'll get beaten up by a bunch of people, sold to slavery, eaten by a bunch of hungry cannibals. And you'll love every second of it, because you're a masochistic person who takes pleasure in having their beloved characters die from being eaten alive instead of training them to fight for themselves. that's how Kenshi works.

If you survive long enough, you can be anything you want if you survive the harsh world. Maybe you can pay a visit to the people who beat you up and sell them to slavery or throw them off of acidic waters and watch the water turn red, up to you. Want to fight/kill everyone? Quite a hard goal, but you can do it. If the game looks bland to you, mod it 'til you break it.
