"PoE Lite" and I'm in love.
Not at all Pay To Win, Never Spent a Single dollar and Finished the Entire Game. However there are Pay To Win Elements which all Free Games would have. Very Soft monetisation that you wouldn't even know its there if you don't look for it.

This Game is Suprisingly Fun when played with Others with the same gaming ambitions. Whats better than building a Factory with your friend? That being said, Still in Early Access so a little Buggy at the moment. Still would Recommend Though.
