Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Fast and accurate at solving mental math problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages – but without high-level skills that might be required in jobs requiring complex calculation and analysis.
