So instead of writing about what we all know about this game and what it lacks, let's talk about what the game can work on to improve a very solid concept of a looter/shooter game:

1.) Adding more loot and opening more buildings to loot will definitely enhance the game more than what it is right now.
2.) Fixing the constant FPS drop and horrible lag spikes across the whole city will keep more players playing the game as the visuals are pretty good.
3.) Adding proximity chat would be a +
4.) Having quest items be in the zone where it shows on the map with a 80%+ drop rate (only for the person on the mission/quest).
5.) Possibly adding a locked weapon slot where if you die, you keep the 1 weapon in the designated weapon slot.

Overall the game has many things to work on but I believe what they need to fix ASAP if they want to keep whatever player base there is, is without a doubt the FPS issues in game and to atleast play at 75 FPS minimum on well equipped PCs for the time being until they can implement a 120 FPS+ in game.

To start off, this game is amazing. 10/10 for those who love suspenseful horror games. I would play this game over and over if it wasnt for how easily stale the content can get. If they had about 5-8 more maps it wouldnt be so bad but for someone who has done each map atleast 10+ times on each difficulty, the only time i get on is to see how scared some people get. Overall great game, great party game and I recommend for those who are not going to view this as a game to "grind" and just a game to play for fun or with friends!
