With over 1k hours I feel that I am entitled to a review of the game. I feel like the Rust community is a very lucky one, I came from H1Z1: Just survive, you could wait MONTHS before hearing a word from the devs on when the next wipe or update is to be expected. Or when you did hear from them, they were releasing another sh*tty crate. With Rust, you get a WEEKLY update. You get notified with any changes, you even now have a road map to see where the game is headed AND the devs listen to what you have to say. Name ANY other game of ANY genre that does that. The game has changed a lot from when I started playing, and every time I get on a freshly wiped server I am so excited for the first few hours of scavenging, looking behind your back, wondering if you are going to be able to get a starter base down before losing everything you have worked so hard for. The intensity of your first bow fight when you almost have enough resources to put down a starter knowing that you are either going to come out triumphant or you are going to be waking up on the beach with nothing but your rock and torch. I don't get that feeling with any other games.

Yeah, call me a filthy roll player for writing a positive review of this "cancer game" but you can't find a better game of the genre with dedicated devs that are constantly active.
