Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision. Considers problems as a challenge and enjoys finding creative yet appropriate solutions. MaxSorensen is able to work out their own solutions, but also works well with a group to solve problems. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing.
