I pay 18 euros for this?

If i pay some money I expect to find a singleplayer mission without missing key items you have to get and you think there would be some optimization in the missions since this DLC was released months ago. I want to play this not trying to figure out where the ♥♥♥♥ the CBRN suit is for 10 minutes. I don't like to spend money on something that, in the end, frustrates me to hell. If it werent for the new map I wouldnt buy this. ♥♥♥♥.
