EDIT: This game is fantastic to play. The amount of content now, the QoL changes and various other aspects make this a title worth playing. I was thrilled to own the early version, Grew to love the changes, and found a multitude of ways to enjoy this with my closest friends and family. If you are or were a fan of the nostalgic 1980's mentality of space fantasy, if you love exploring, if you just want to have fun in a survival game. I would encourage you to try this one.

4.0 Update !!!! HOLD UP !!!!! I stand by my review, until now. very upset......with 4.0, New players won't feel the pinch however. someone with a well oiled set up and hundreds of hours? will. This update punishes the most devoted players and in my opinion, very Negatively impacts my perception of the team and the game direction.

I am torn. I like the current iteration of the game, and the Original release. I felt the original release of this game was fun despite all of the negativity surrounding it. However, this game is not the original release. It has come so far in it's promises and I have really come to enjoy dilly dallying on some random planet for a while.
