I was thinking about the difference between waffles and pancakes and came upon Betty Crocker
and this is what betty told me:
"Their batters are not the same. Waffles usually contain more fat and sometimes more sugar."

Then I thought: "wow, wales really lives up to the waffle name, not only do wales have a tremendous amount of fat, they are sweet creatures.."
