was the a server taken down?

hey man i plat on your dedicated server and so do my freinds.... pineapple dragonfly is falling through the world continually... can you PLEASE HELP or send an admin to move the out of the hole.... the game wont even let her spawn in due to lack of place to put her..... please dude
