Look I went into this game after spending alot of hours on the BT 4 mod and being a fan of the raging blast games. So yes, I am bias as hell. I recently finished several of the story modes, just done with Trunk's and his might be the worse. I don't know for sure but I'll get to the point why.

On the positives.
+ The new characters are fun to play as, from the super cast. I really do enjoy playing as them after all I had was modded stuff.
+ The custom battle mode is cool to play. It's a bet messy to work with (seriously just trying to have certain characters say lines is a hassle)
+Clearly a lot of work in making this game in the camera work and in how it plays. They REALLY tried to make each Kamehameha look interesting
+ The sparking episodes are a joy to be had. And gives some What ifs, that I generally wish we got instead, like Trunks staying in the normal timeline after his was wiped out.

Onto the negatives, there's a lot!
- The story mode is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mess. Let's take trunks for example, everything is skipped till the goke black arc. That means...No fight against the androids, no fight against cybrog Frieza, no fight against goku when he got to earth, no fight against vegeta in the time chamber, no fight against perfect cell, no fight against Dabora...wtf game.
- the most insane thing to say but lack of characters. Great saiyan woman, no ssj2 for Super Trunks, 90% of the dragon ball characters, come on you could have given us dragon ball versions of tien, Yamcha, and piccolo at least.
- Just really odd choices when it comes to the cast. Why do you even HAVE the new chibi Goku here, wouldn't it make more sense to add him as DLC with the other mini characters like vegeta and so on. Why is mystic Gohan not a transformation when it is treated as such.
- The moveset for some of these characters is so bad. Super Trunks has a pretty good base form. His ssj form SUCKS. Which would you like to use, the 3 bar purple beam or the 3 bar yellow beam
...they do the same amount of damage!
- Alot of great moves there were in the raging blast series is just not here for no reason, or lets you customize at least. Why can't Trunks have the moves he killed the androids. Why can't SSB Goku have the one inch punch?
- no what if transformations raging blast gave us ssj 3 vegeta and Broly, meanwhile we still don't have golden Cooler.

Those are just the problems I have at the moment. Do not buy this game, wait for it much later on when the DLC comes out and get it when the price drops. I honestly regret giving into the hype. Just settle for BT4 until this game is done cooking AND the modders get to have some real fun with it. Already I've seen people working on Vegeta ultra ego making it into the game.

I spent more time with the game. It still sucks. Look, the biggest issue I can 100% say about this game is that it is underdone. It needed much more time to cook. How the hell does BT 3 ultimately come out to be a better dragon ball game compared to this, at least I can actually do the cool story moments there. I can't even do the Saiyan Saga Beam struggle between Goku and Vegeta in this game unless I make it myself.

Look being a Resident Evil fan, I can understand the issues of this game. But overall this is still a good game. I mean not something that is the best game, in terms of resident evil, but this is a middle shelf game. It is fun to play, especially fun to pop into mercenaries mood from time to time

It's a good game, a little dated as the combat can be repetitive, with nothing that really can jump out at you like a "boss fight". And the graphics at times can really be bad. But the presentation and the story are very well done, I honestly love this game, one of my favorites.

If you like Warhammer 40k, and you like boomer shooters, what more could you ask for?

I beaten it in about two days. Length isn't the issue but god, I was thinking about playing any other game than this. Is it down right terrible, no. But it is very much a 5 out of 10. It is just a meh game. If you buy it, honestly with the first 100 mins, you'll see all the game has to offer.

This game is full of Junk. But nothing too bad. Honestly this is a fun one. Sure it may have some flaws but the art direction is amazing, the gameplay is good, music is well done. Took around 16 hours to beat, and there is plenty of side stuff for you to do with it. Game only ever crashed on me once, and that may have been my own fault. If anything my only issue is the story. Which is kinda "meh", and this is from someone that actually knows the lore of Necromunda.

This game is a middle-shelf, through and through. A "B"-grade kinda thing.

This is basically ever lover of board games dream, giving you everything you could pretty much ask for in being able to play a game. Now, while it is not perfect in some stuff (The tutorial could be a little more detailed for example), there is a lot to love here for the controls, and more importantly, the steam workshop. Seriously, if you love playing board games, this shouldn't be so hard to decide.

While not a bad game by any means, this is one of those types of games that I feel the developer would be stumped if you asked him certain questions, or he would just give bad respond to those questions.
"This enemy is a real problem and hard to fight."
"Yeah, we made it to annoy the player."
"Why do that?"
"Cause we had to."
And while Dark souls did have that, with some enemies, this game went WAY to far in it. Not to mention having the to large gaps from the point of rest area to the boss, so far at times, that I felt like I needed to download a mod, that allowed me to enable godmode, just to reach the boss with a fair amount of health. I will admit I also kept it on for some bosses, but only because they were also made with the idea of just pissing off the player to a point of unfairness. Such as "The Tree of Men" where you're gonna die more times from falling off a ledge than any other attack or "The Coveted" where it is just an overlong endurance test if you just so happen to have a slash weapon, and a serious bullet hell. Also, a guide is HEAVILY needed for this game, at least to tell you which areas to go to for progression, as it is easy for you to pretty much waste your time in a area where you are deeply under-powered for. It would be a good game, just needs some rebalancing.

I have to say this was one of the most intense games in a while. Don't let the graphics get to you, this game nails it's art style. Honestly you stop noticing such a thing after a while of playing, because you are too busy doing power sliding on your knees and shotguning wizards.
For about $20, this is well worth more than full price games if you asked me. I'm honestly having a hard time thinking to say something negative about the game. The music is amazing (bought the soundtrack and comic), the enemies are great (Several of gave me that feeling of 'oh not that thing', which I haven't felt in a game in a while), the weapons are great (you are double-wielding Terminator 2 shotguns for crying out loud), and the ending was (at least for me, this can honestly vary depending the kind of person you are, if you are a fan of a certain 90's shooter and of a certain mythos) was a blast.

This game is...kinda a mess. It's kinda two different games in one, that being the split between the single player and the multiplayer.
The single player is very dull. It's you and two A.I partners which are as smart as you would expect from A.I partners. And you're kinda stuck with them, and their very limited set of weapons, which in turn, limit you and your set of weapons as you need to cover what they lack. If you are gonna play the game, play it on easy. That was the only mode where I felt it was possible to play this game, without suffering a headache every five minutes. Even on easy, I died a couple of times.

The multiplayer though is a very different beast, and is very fun. Giving you much more options then the single player ever did, and it's so much fun to just kill some flithy xenos with your brothers. The game gives you a lot of missions, but warn it can feel a bit repetitive as there are about 7 enemy types you'll fight and that's it, with the levels all kinda seeming the same. (Hope you liked ruin metal hallways)

If you are gonna get this game, get it with at least one friend who is also a fan of warhammer. That's the best way to play.
