Early access with so much to offer. played for 6 hours straight last night. Build a base that will unlock more upgrades as you level up, to make better weapons, ammo, and palspheres (pokeballs) it's the most fun I've had playing a game since PUBG released.

It's really fun. especially if you have a 4 man.
If not, join the GTFO discord I've played like 10 games with different people from all over and have yet to have a bad time.
Your time in game might vary but expect to be in game for about 2 hours on a hard level, you can't really pause but after you clear an area you can go do something irl if your team is ok with it, so it's not like you're calling for mom on the walkie talkie to come hold the bucket under your ass while you play.
Watch some videos of gameplay, don't be that guy with the flashlight on!!!

Edit: 300 hours in, all my friends have it and we play on the weekends. Great buy and i'm not even halfway through the game.

Maybe buy it on sale, you have to beat the first boss to even play it.
you might waste $60 and not be able to beat it.

TLDR; It's Dayz without zombies or respawns last man standing wins/ 100 people.

So yeah imagine Dayz but you just click FIND A MATCH ant then you are your game. No sorting through servers, No stupid long waiting time NO PITCH BLACK NIGHTS.
So the match starts and you skydive onto a small continent thing in the ocean.
You have to play until you die, no respawns in a match. You can't log out mid match; Matches usually last less than 35 mins, depending on how long you live.
Go find a gun QUICK or a car, get some body armor and a helmet and extra ammo.
now move towards the waypoint on your map to stay in the playable zone which will continue to shrink untill its really small, it doesn't just collapse on the center of the circle though it moves around a bit so it can move, and then you are forced to give up your hiding spot and move out into the open,
last person alive wins the match, good luck.

it's fun, every game is different.
there's only one map right now but the loot isnt always the same. (heard of new maps coming soon)
10/10 would recommend to people who are good at fast paced games like overwatch and call of duty but also people who are good at strategic thinking.

The first 2 hours
-20 min Alright you just started here's how you play
-30 min okay I found parts to fix the ship (first objective)
-45 min Okay I fixed the ship
-60 min Arrive at new planet
-70 min This planet is nearly identical ...Is that a dinosaur??
-80 min Okay refuel the ship and go to the space station
-90 min Oh you can buy a new ship??
-100 min oh so the best ship is only better because it has inventory slots to mine more stuff cool
-110 min Lets mine stuff and sell it to get money to buy a bigger ship to mine more
-120 min No objective, just mine and sell (now past refund policy)
-130+ Mine, sell, fly, mine, sell, refuel, mine, sell

If you want to play a really cool looking version of minecraft but you cant build ANYTHING (which is like %90 of the game then this might be the game for you.

beat it in like 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and watch someone beat it on youtube.
