I enjoyed seeing the growth of the game and community after buying the game in 2021 and exploring the game as it updated. I thought this game would be a staple in my gaming library but..
I have never personally seen an in development game hit its peak and then somehow get worse. I'll list a few features that are have become worse/less forgiving (and were not so a few updates ago).

1. Driving
-Is prevalent through the entire game
-Get used to driving with 1-3 wheels clipping under the map
-Your starting vehicle is now a race car, have fun avoiding perpendicular tree-hugging
2. Optimization (complaints for sad PCs like mine)
(I'm only upset because I WAS able to run this game, now it's a bit funky)
-Game on low graphics? Worry not, your character model graphics will be sacrificed instead of the tree graphics in a valley 1.5 km away.

(DISCLAIMER: This is my perspective from only a couple minutes of game play, I'm sure there's more game play features that have been degraded, but I'm not interested in seeing the rest.)

TLDR: I wouldn't buy this game unless its more than 50% off.
