I played the game before the launch on Steam. The game was not even installed in Steam game folder, but it was automatically recognized and upgraded, and I didn't need to move my previous save to Steam save folder; everything went smoothly, big W.

I don't reckon to chose Hard mode, the difficulties of the fights are inconsistent in Hard mode, some bosses are beefy in terms of HP. Missions can be extremely easy or extremely hard, even though they were rated as the same (star) difficulty.
The graphic (especially cinametic) is not as good as 'Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade' (maybe it is because my screen has a higher resolution than 1080p).

But still, it is a decent remake, and it gives a refresh about the story.

Since Pcars3 is an arcade game, I will mainly compare it with recent arcade & sim-arcade games. A little introduction of myself in case of trolling comments. I am a sim-racer who mainly focus on iRacing and ACC, the most recent result of 6hrs iLms VLN Nordschleife (iRacing) is the 4th place GTE class, in the top split. So if you want you play with your meme and comment down below, I don't really care, this is a review for ppl who have intention to purchase this game and hope this review helps.

Pros:

Grip & FFB:
I am using the TS-XW Racer Sparco P310, the game recognized the wheel after I started the game, so I didn’t tweak any FFB settings.
Compare Pcars3 with Pcars2, the feeling of grip and FFB is quite similar, even though Pcars3 is an arcade game. In Pcars3, I can easily oversteer the car and catch it, it's quite an enjoyment while putting the car on edge. Compares to Grid(2019), where cars slide a lot in low speed corners, Pcars3 actually has a pretty decent grip through low speed corners.

Kerbs/Curbs:
The detail of the kerbs is good. Compare Pcars3 with F1 2020, Pcars3 has a wide variety of kerbs, and more importantly, they are not flat and simplified like the ones in F1 2020. For example, the kerbs on Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit, the sausage kerbs and the white-triangle like kerbs at the run-off area in the last corner, are nicely presented in Pcars3. What's more, in Pcars3 the kerbs are not that slippery compares to Pcars2.

Track Elevation & Corner Precision:
I know, the tracks in Pcars3 are not laser-scanned, but the presentation of the track elevation, corner camber, and the corner angle is pretty accurate. For example, Bathurst (Mount Panorama), Compare it with ACC and iRacing, the braking zone, the time to lift, and the degrees to turn is quite accurate consider Pcars3 is an arcade game. (Even the track mod in AC didn't make the elevation in Bathurst right...)

AI:
Well, Compare to Grid (2019) ... Yes, in Pcars3 you can squeeze the opponents off the track where in Grid the cars are more like fixed to the track. Opponent do give you space when side by side if you set the aggression below medium. More importantly, the AI doesn't slow down a lot when they are in congestion, even in circuits like Bathurst & Monaco. In addition, the AI actually will spin off the track.

Cons:

Career Mode Mission:
The quests in career mode is a disaster, starting from the back of the grid but finish in 1st in 2 laps? Draft from an opponent for 5s then overtake where the opponents are pulling away from you on straight? The quests are insanely hard, and some quests feels buggy, they does not register your completion of the quests correctly. Sometimes you have to reduce the difficulties to complete the quest. The quest system definitely needs some refinement.
(Here are the bug quests I have encountered so far:
Road E Majors – Eifel Weather – Master 7 corners.
The ideal line indicated by the game in Nurburgring GP is not quite right, but still, I enabled the ideal line indicators, follow the instructions, still couldn’t finish the quest, it stuck at 85%, seems like the game could not register my line and movement after it rains.
Japanese Roots – Dark Desert – Draft opponent for 00:05 seconds then overtake, I did it several times, could not finish the quest)

AI:
The AI difficulty in this game is super inconsistent among these tracks, which makes it super hard to complete the quests. They are incredible fast on straight, even though I have upgraded my car mainly on acceleration and top speed, sometimes AI can carry incredible speed through a high speed corner, an example would be the 130R in Suzuka (the track called Sakkito in Pcars).
If you set the aggression above medium, the AI will basically get close to you on straight with incredible amount of speed, then torpedo from inner line. What if you cover your inner line to defend you say? Nope, the AI will cut the corner and squeeze you out.

Penalty:
The AI doesn't get any penalty by cutting the corner, but you do. Even you are the one getting squeezed and cut the corner, or you cut the corner accidentally for safety reason, you will be penalized and slow down, it feels quite frustrating if you want to have a fair race.

Graphic:
Not quite sure about the Graphic, seems like it is not as good as the graphic in Pcars2, it is definitely not something that I expected since Pcars is supposed to be absolutely dominating in graphics.

Customization:
Not like Forza Horizon 4, you can only customize rim, livery, license plate and tyre manufacturers. There is no visual change after you upgrade the aero, unless you upgrade the car in to its race conversion.

Missing Components:
no pitstop and damage system, since it is an arcade...Temperature? maybe, but I did see the tyre temperature indicators in Corvette C8, so I am not quite sure if they kept temperature system in Pcars3. There is no Le Mans, which is an track in Pcars2. Feel like there is a lot of decent details in Pcars2 that can be kept in Pcars3, but they threw them away.

In conclusion:
Is the game worth to buy? For sim-racers, not quite. For ppl who are bored of FH4 and looking for some fun, and you have surplus money XD, yes. Otherwise I would say wait for the discount. Hope this review helps.

Absolutely amazing job!
The introduction of the double file diagram is innovative, helpful and informative, just need a little bit tweak and it will be perfect.

Cons:
Since F1 2018 doesn't have manual pit-stop, manual grid, virtual mirror and chassis damage model, I thought F1 2019 would have these features, but nope. Although I shouldn't ask that much in a simcade, but still I hope these features will be implemented for more immersion.
The strength of AI is inconsistent. The requirement of the quest in practice session and the strength of the AI in qualify session is harder than the AI in race.
Pros:
Overall, F1 2019 has great graphics & sound, good AI (despite sometimes the AI doesn't give you space while you are side by side with it in high speed corners and crashes you out of the track) and decent FFB.

The official release has way more GT3 cars than I expected!
Great graphics, accurate track layouts and dynamic weather, It's a decent racing sim.

But still... the multiplayer aspect need to be improved, I hope ACC would have multiplayer servers which hold racing events like iRacing.
Perhaps the force feedback need some improvement as well, from my point of view, the force feedback is heavy, I felt wrist pain after several races. If I lower the force feedback settings, I cannot feel the track and the limit of the car.

10/10, highly recommended.
This game is the one you need to feel the game through the progression.
Nice graphics, more importantly, the background music is epic.
If you are finding a game that is thought-provoking and meaningful, this is the one you are looking for.

I would say this is a good stategy game and the graphic of this game is fair enough. However the drawback of this game is more than its strength.
Here is my point of view:
1. This game is not English supported.
2. You still need to pay these DLCs , though this game costs 90 USD.
3. There is no season pass for this game, so you need to click & download these DLCs one by one, so that you can fully install all of them.
