The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope

Despite the fact that this game still suffers from the issue that most of the choices feel pointless, which is a pitfall that so many similar games have fallen into, there is still a decently interesting story and mystery to uncover, regardless of how annoying and unlikable some of the characters may be, but hey, you could always just kill those ones off, right? However, I was still struggling to decide if this game was really worth the $30 price of admission for the very limited amount of game play.

That is, until I actually reached the ending of the game. No joke, the ending is so unbelievably terrible that it completely dried up any good will that I had for this game. It seriously felt like there was no point in replaying the game to get a different ending because all of the endings are basically the same, and make you feel like your choices meant literally nothing. The conclusion of the mystery is not satisfying in the slightest, and I truly felt that I had just wasted 30 dollars after my first play through. Don't buy this game, just watch someone else play it. You'll probably enjoy it more that way, anyway.
