On the night of the show, Max nervously waited backstage. When it was his turn, he scampered onto the stage, heart pounding. He began to sing, “🎵 I’m Max the hedgehog, here to sway! 🎵” But as he twirled, his cape got tangled in his quills, yanking him sideways.
He stumbled forward and crashed into the front row, knocking over a bowl of popcorn. “Surprise snack attack!” he shouted, trying to play it cool. The audience erupted in laughter.
Max, blushing and covered in snacks, realized he’d accidentally created a comedy act. He grinned, rolling with it. “Guess I’m a snack star now!” he quipped.
Though he didn’t win, he left the stage feeling like a true superstar, knowing that sometimes cringe equals joy!
Control is inspired by paranormal stories about the fictional SCP Foundation created by an online collaborative-fiction project, based on the genre of the new weird.
