Hey man. I run an Arma 3 unit. We are based around a fictional 3rd Blakan war. We play as the Bulgarian military. Dont worry though. I'm from the US and we have all English speaking members. We use mods obviously and we are more of a semi-serious milsim. nothing too strict. we play just about everyday. We take the ops seriously but not outside of that. No yes sir or any of that cringe. its just a place to play Arma in a serious enviroment with a focus on fun.
