you are ether going to play 1-2 hours and get board, 50 hours and feel satisfied you have experienced everything, or get completely hooked and play the game for the rest of your life :D

Very enjoyable 1v1, 2v2 arena battle with stompy mechs.

Good for a laugh and to support a good man. The simplistic gameplay and short length makes it a good $5-10 game, though by the time the globalists are defeated, $20 may very well be the new $5.

This game blends Myths, legends, and philosophy into an engaging and well constructed world. I'm sure historians would pick this game apart but for me i was never quite sure where the line between reality and fiction meet.

Pros
- Functionally well designed world.
- I wouldn't call it beautiful by todays standards but it would have been a few years ago and it holds its own.
- Great story telling with a number of minor twists that kept things interesting.
- Always felt like there were new story paths to discover. Even after I committed to one ending i felt i had the ability to take a different path at any point.

Cons
- I felt that the devs did a reasonable job presenting the NPC philosophical arguments but when it comes to the player there most options follow a modern variant secular humanism.
- I was unhappy with the unnatural choices made by the NPCs in the 4th ending. (only ending i completed). This is partly tied to the previous issue and partly due to spoilers i cant talk about.
- I wish the bows were more distinctive. i spent a hour or two doing jumping puzzles because i didn't realize i had the wrong one equip.

Over all, this is a fun civilization builder akin to the Settlers franchise.

pros
- Intuitive gameplay: I intentionally skipped the tutorial and was pleased at how quickly i picked up the basics.
- Crafting balance: The material requirements for building made constructing my town feel non trivial while also do able.

cons
- Game Length: I have logged almost 10+ hours into a single playthrough and am only 70% through a run. With a few more runs i will likely cut a play through down to 6-8 hours.
- Difficulty: The default difficulty feels like there is no lose condition.
