SoC is now better than launch if you are a kislev or cathay fan with the update 4.2 but i'm not entirely convinced with the new addition to tseench army kinda felt like this imo "no more delay this time just copy and paste already existing units"


one thing for sure I am not buying another DLC if I think they are just being lazy or greedy like the first release SoC.
