So far loving the game. If you liked the 1st, you'll like this one. Yes mtx are bad, No they didn't really hurt my experience so far. I got about 20hrs in before I even knew there was mtx and that was just because I seen everyone online talking about it. What's the real issue is the performance. I'm on a 4070ti super with i7 10700k, 32gb ram and when I'm out in the field I get around 70-120 fps on high at 1440p. However, as soon as you step into any major encampment/city my fps tanks to about 35 on average with it even dipping in low 20's sometime. The game looks great but tbh it's not that great to be running like this. I remain hopeful that performance can be improved but it is worth mentioning if you're trying to run it on a older, less powerful rig. Despite it's flaws though, I haven't felt this way about an RPG since Skyrim. Do I recommend the game? Yes. Do I recommend the game currently if you're on a budget? Na, Wait for a sale, or until some patches are released.
