Paradox DLC policy sucks ass but you cant deny that this game is insanely well made. Played those 20 hours in like 3 days.

If you want to play with friends remember that only one of you needs the dlc. If you share the price for the needed ones (Utopia and Federations IMO) its actually quite affordable.
