Reikės: * 3 kiaušinių; * 220ml pieno; * 160ml miltų; * 1,5v.š. ištirpinto sviesto; * 1,5v.š. cukraus (jei norite nesaldžių lietinių, nedėkite); * žiupsnelio druskos;

O dabar linksmiausia dalis. Visus produktus sudedame į gilų indą ir iki vientisos masės suplakame elektriniu trintuvu (tuo, kuriuo triname sriubas). Kelias minutes tešlai leidžiame pailsėti ir gerai įkaitiname keptuvę. Temperatūrą sumažiname iki vidutinės ir liejame po šaukštą tešlos. Paskirstome ją po visą keptuvę ir po kelias minutes kepame iš abiejų pusių. Jei keptuvė nepadengta teflonu, ar šiaip labai lipni, tai retkarčiais ją patepame aliejumi suvilgytu skudurėliu.
