Just beat the game and I gotta say, this game had almost everything I was looking for.

Big reason I got this game was because of its creativity with different weapons, relics, and familiars that could create endless combinations to defeat each room. It felt very similar to some of my all-time favorite games: Transistor and Pyre where you mix and match abilities to tailor the gameplay to your style. Countless dungeons might have been tiring to mull through if it weren't for the battle soundtrack. It's easy to get sucked into every battle, thinking of every move to best destroy the monsters, with the beats bopping. There aren't many songs with a happy overtone since you're in a nightmare realm, but there isn't much of a place for them anyways.

Some Pros and Cons I want to outline if you're interested in getting the game.
Pros:
-Very intuitive menu and UI in-game
-Creative in choosing the weapons, items, and skills you want (made me want to try each run every time until I beat it)
-Music is boppin
-Artstyle is cute but does not take away from the atmosphere of the battles
-Controls are easy to learn and feel natural for the most part (for the PC that is)
-Have a level of difficulty that is satisfying for a casual gamer or roguelike enthusiast like myself.

Cons:
-Camera does make it hard to see indicators and positioning in battles
-Game does not have a hard mode or a endless dungeon mode (DLC in the works possibly)
-With that, the game doesn't have a replayability after you beat the game.

Not much else to say. If you like to try a turn-based, dungeon-crawling, cartoony game with huge room for playing your own way, get this game.
