This is classic COD Zombies with some innovation too and I love it for the most part. I even like Tranzit which gets a lot of hate but I think that it tried some interesting and fun things. Of course Mod of the Dead and Origins are two of the best maps in the series.

I don`t really don't like the new characters though and for me this is the main mis-step with Black Ops 2 Zombies. They also pushed some new things that were not really necessary or actually any good. Overall though I think it's really the four new characters that were the real problem here. They are just dopey and annoying, while the original Richtofen crew are great. It was definitely a case of, if it's not broken, don't fix it with these dopey new characters.

There seemed to be an over emphasis on innovation when they should have leaned more into what was already working in the series. The classic characters and gameplay are great and the new characters here were not even close to as good. Most of the innovation was cool like with the level design and gameplay additions like buildables for example.

This Zombies mode still gets a lot of things right overall and Tranzit is awesome, Tranzit`s level design is not the problem here. I really do not get why so many people complain about this map, as it was a big step forward at the time and cool as sh!t when I first played it. Buried too is an interesting and complex map which is very unique. This edition of Zombies is a classic even if they went a bit too far with unnecessary changes. The whole package is actually pretty awesome and certainly does way more good than bad.

The balancing in this game is awesome, if you do things right you dominate, do things wrong though and it's crushing. Just like with the first game the immersion is off the chart here and this is a very special game. It scares me sometimes how engaged and anxious this game makes me.. it's intense. In the beginning everything seems like a big deal and the game seems crushingly difficult. However, once you start to master the intricate gameplay mechanics the power balance changes and it feels awesome.

Sons of the Forest is definitely a great sequel, it turns everything from the first game up to eleven. Especially with the gameplay mechanics, these developers really put their heart into it. The AI companions really add to the game too and having Melvin help you with some of the more boring tasks is a great choice. These characters are really cool too and memeworthy with the sexy mutant lady and your best buddy Melvin. This game feels like a big step forward for their original vision for this series and it is a truly awesome experience.

I turned base destruction off in single-player because cannibals and monsters destroying my base was too annoying. The fact that you can customize the gameplay experience is just more great game design from this studio. Setting up a safe base, stocking it up with resources and then going out on adventures to get more stuff and complete the story is a lot of fun, at least that’s the way I chose to enjoy it. There are some science fiction ideas that are left to explore after the main story that are really interesting. I hope that they make a third game in this series where everything will come together in a more fleshed out and cohesive narrative. There is clear potential for an even better conclusion to the trilogy with the next game.

The cannibals, mutants and demons are awesome and filled with creepy detail. Again, once you start to figure out how to survive you can dominate them. However it feels like walking on a knife's edge sometimes and they are all super intimidating in the beginning. The cave exploring feels very Lovecraftian with these evil monsters and hardcore environments to face. Then just like in the first game the plot thickens with the science fiction element unfolding as you progress.

It's fantastic and there are a few layers of awesome to this series, base building, survival, horror, exploration and science fiction. Going from feeling helpless and scared of the enemies to then getting organized and dominating them is great fun. Sons of the Forest is one of my favorites now and I definitely recommend that you play it. This development team at Endnight are fantastic and I will be waiting for The Forest 3 over the next few years.

This game is impressive in some ways and pretty awful in others. It took me a while to adapt to the game world, when I first started playing. It was a new type of game for me and I couldn’t understand the scope of the map at first. It is a beautiful game with loads of cool details and the setting is awesome. The game world is fairly impressive and it genuinely feels huge with some cool environments.

The problem is that this game is repetitive and bloated with boring content. I mean, it’s still a good experience but overall it does get very boring. The side missions are a copy and paste of 3 or 4 main mission types. While the main story is ‘God awful’ and doesn’t even make any sense. It is depressing from the start with kids getting murdered. Then it has a ‘girl boss’ storyline that finally just takes over the whole ending suddenly. Then it just gets laughably bad during the last few cutscenes.

They force you to play the last few missions and a final boss with this female character. When the main point has been leveling up and customizing your main character throughout the game. So you finish out the main story with this other character with no customization. It’s really weird and totally shoved in by Ubisoft needing a woke story with a ‘girl boss’ character. Man, the ending is so stupid, it is lazy as hell and they completely ruined the already boring story with this crap.

Anyway, in some ways this is a great example of Assassin’s Creed gameplay and a cool historical open world. Jesus Christ though, Ubisoft just packs so much repetitive content into these games. It’s definitely worth experiencing the new RPG style in the series but this game is pretty much 50% awesome and 50% boring as hell.

It’s really difficult to believe that this game originally came out in 2007. It looks amazing and the gameplay is fantastic. Fighting the ‘Big Daddies’ and harvesting the upgrade juice on each level is great fun. I went for the evil option of harvesting the little sisters and I did feel like an evil bastard but it was fun.

This game is very addictive simply because of the overall quality of the level design and the gameplay. The story is pretty decent too which is a welcome surprise from most shooters. The performance for me was perfectly smooth as well with 144FPS pretty much all of the time.

This is a review of the single player campaign.

This campaign is actually very good and I enjoyed it a lot. It is much better than the Battlefield V campaign. Just like that game, this campaign also consists of ‘War Stories’, which are all pretty short but cover a variety of different gameplay styles and environments.

The story is garbage, as it normally is in this series, melodramatic and cringe. However, the gameplay is very nice especially in the section involving planes. World War 1 is a great time period for a game like this too. It’s not as commonly seen as World War 2, the guns, vehicles and technology in general from the period are all interesting to experience.

This game looks great, the graphics and the sound are top notch. One of the best Battlefield campaigns in my opinion, even if the story sucks as usual and the whole thing is pretty short. However what you get here in terms of gameplay is awesome almost all the way through.

Definitely worth playing through for shooter fans and the time period makes it even cooler.

This is a review of the single player campaign.

This Call of Duty campaign is intense, there are some missions in this campaign where all hell breaks loose in the environment. It has the Call of Duty quality of intense set pieces and a nice variety of vehicle sections, gadgets and guns. Some of the missions are very similar to other missions from Modern Warfare 2.

Some areas are kind of post-apocalyptic because the game deals with satellite weapons that destroy large areas. It’s pretty cool because when one of these satellites strikes all hell breaks loose. The environments completely fall apart and it's all very apocalyptic.

All of the missions are pretty short so the campaign kind of flies along at a quick pace. I couldn't care less about the story but the classic Call of Duty gameplay is very enjoyable. Some of the missions are pretty awesome actually especially towards the end of the campaign. The space mission is very cool and also the last mission has one of the best tank sections that I’ve ever played.

I am not sure why people say this is the worst Call of Duty campaign. It is basically everything good from this series with extra variety and novelty thrown in. I also played a bit of the Extinction aliens mode, which was kind of boring and its certainly nothing close to as good as Treyarch’s Call of Duty Zombies.

So, this is an enjoyable Call of Duty campaign with its own unique levels. A lot of people say that this campaign is boring but it actually has some interesting levels. I guess, even a mediocre Call of Duty campaign makes for an awesome shooter experience.

This is a review of the single player campaign.

There are four separate ‘War Stories’ that make up the single player campaign. They all have some cool moments but they are all just a bit mediocre. This campaign does actually have some nice ideas and enjoyable gameplay. It just all feels a bit superficial and even unfinished in places, where large open spaces feel empty and pointless.

This stories are seriously melodramatic and even woke at times. I just turned the music off because it was so depressing and most of the cutscenes are total cringe or even boring as hell. These Battlefield campaigns are strange because I feel like I am playing an unfinished game. They look great and play great to some degree but they have become half baked.

The best of this game's war stories, in my opinion, are the Norwegian one and the tank one because they both have nice gameplay. As I wrote though, the story and the cutscenes are pretty awful and why is this game so concerned with being woke and super melodramatic?? No wonder the Battlefield series went completely off the rails after this game. There seem to be plenty of stupid people behind the development of these recent campaigns… what a load of bollocks!

Anyway, the campaign is worth trying out, for some nice shootouts and pretty awesome visuals.

It’s a very short campaign though and pretty mediocre over all.

The art style and animations are awesome and the world design is top notch. The story is great too with very interesting psychological themes. The game play is fantastic, they really took everything good from the series and made the most of it in this game.

The Batmobile is great too and I loved it, it makes this game a great sequel by expanding on the game play from the previous games. The design of the campaign and side missions is really well implemented. Doing the side missions after the main campaign was maybe my favorite part considering the way that it’s all presented.

This is a great sequel and end to this trilogy of games, it presents everything that works from the series. While also expanding the game play with the Batmobile and refining everything else too. Due to all of this and a genuinely engaging story it is the my favorite game in the series.

I really wanted to finish this game here on Steam. Having played the demo, years ago on PS3.

However, I can not get this game to start on Windows 11 even after trying some fixes.

This game is currently f*cked on a modern PC.

I had just played Crysis 3 very recently when these remasters were released exclusively on the b@astard b!tch EPIC games store. So, I was totally fine to wait a year for the Steam release, because I have never and will never give EPIC games store any money. Just like the Crysis 2 remaster, the main interest for me here were the Steam achievements.

This version also has something else that improves upon the original game though, which is an additional harder difficulty setting. The original Crysis 3 was too easy even on the hardest difficulty, so a further increased difficulty setting, was a welcome addition to this version.

The game also looks and runs a bit better but the original still looks pretty good anyway. Getting all of the achievements was a lot of fun and made me appreciate Crysis 3 much more. As when I had played the original, I didn’t unlock all of the upgrades for the nanosuit.

These upgrades are awesome and add a lot to the gameplay. For example, upgrading the armor mode makes you feel like The Terminator when fire fights break out. Unlocking and exploring all of these different upgrades is very enjoyable. So, even having played the original game fairly recently, this remaster was very worthwhile for me.

The achievements pushed me to explore the deeper gameplay aspects and the increased difficulty made the game more fun.
