Background story of the OC:
Charry was created in Epad the Wolf's lab by an accident involving high energy particals, gamma particals, warping the structure of a large batch of a new experimental biochemical. The result is a new creature which sprung forth into life from this batch. Due to trace amounts of element 119, an element yet known from the world, the innards of Charry can violently react with water to produce great amounts of energy, its controlled sufficiently to not cause an explosion but can power Charry indefinatly with just a tiny percentage of moisture in the air. This also gives the added bonus of being capable of forcing element 119 to its surface and causing an explosion damaging to all but Charry as the shockwave deformation will be nothing new to Charry.
