There is a Chanse, but it's based of how many Tickets u spend, aka if u want the highest chanse of winning you'll need to max out the number of tickets you use, lets say the ticket max is 1 million, you can only put in a max of 20% of the original number, so you'r max chanse of winning is only 20% and 20% of a million is 200k tickets. Reason you can only use 20% is because they are trying to make it as fair as possible for the rest.
