I was peacefully riding around saint denis watching the lights and got a 30 day suspension and all my data wiped :)
never cheated, modded or gone againts the eula, but apparently riding around peacefully aint allowed so they banned me. several people have gotten banned lately for no reason, so i dont recommend buying the game. Play the story instead.
