I have 113.9 Hrs on this game and loved it. haven't played in some time but decided i wanted to pick it back up again after watching some you-tube videos. come to find out that I have apparently been game banned 17 days ago when rust was not even installed on my system for almost a year. customer service is absolutely garbage to deal with. 2 support tickets and the same scripted response. hopefully the 3rd bot will be a good one. bought this game in alpha and this is how you treat your supporters. shameful -100/10
