I've only had Wilson for a day and a half, but if anything happened to him, I would kill everyone in this base and then myself.

Cheesy dialogue, character-driven story with a pretty heavy-handed approach to its core theme. Gameplay inbetween classic HL2 and something like F.E.A.R. Metric ton of fanservice. Almost Marvel-tier post-credit scene.

You will either love it or hate it. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loved it.

Somewhat short, but enjoyable singleplayer campaign with enjoyable level design and a few levels with fun gimmicks. (Don't play on master, unless you want to feel like heavily armed wet tissue paper, breaking apart at the slightest fart)

In multiplayer the TTK is very low, and most weapons suffer only minor decrease in accuracy when hipfiring, heavily promoting extensive use of the downright excellent fluid movement system. Weapon variety is great, ranging from 100%-accurate hitscan SMGs for the sweatiest tryhards to projectile-based shotguns, double-barreled sniper rifles and micro-missile launchers.

Titan combat is reminiscent of hero shooters, with each of the 7 titans being fundamentally different from each other in its weapon, 2 regular and 1 "ultimate" abilities. Overall, the relatively slow and methodical titan comat contrasts the breakneck on-foot combat.

Maps are alright, with the ones ported from TF|1 being both larger and more enjoyable.

Player count's been around 3.5-4k (occasional 5k spikes) on Origin before the Steam release, with Attrition and Bounty Hunt being the most reliably populated gamemodes.

Also, Ash is best waifu. Fite me
