Not Region locked servers

It was an absolute blast playing the game; they improved a lot, but there were also a few things they might have toned back from the first game. First and foremost, the game is a 10/10 in terms of visuals and sound; in terms of gameplay, they did make some of the enemy cannibals a little better than just a hack-and-slash instant stun locking them like in The Forest. The new building system is also refreshing, and it was cool how I was able to make a small little house expand into a big fort over time (thanks to Kelvin for cutting all the trees for me). It's also way easier to do custom buildings than it was in The Forest because the blueprints for custom buildings could get all sorts of messed up with this one. I had to do some experimenting and learning to build, but once I got it down, it was amazing what you could do with your base or home. When I finally decided to try exploring caves and finishing the story, it felt a little too easy in comparison to The Forest. The cave cannibals were fine, and the finger thing felt good to fight. It was just the twins who looked creepy. I expected them to be more of a threat than the previous two, but they weren't. The blob/slug didn't do much except jump-scare in one of the caves. I feel like the lack of a boss fight at the end might have also made it feel a bit easier leading up to it. They gave you a cross to kill the last few guys right before the end, which didn't help make the end feel tough or like I earned the endgame. Personally, I would give this game a 9/10 once they fully flesh out the lore, maybe remove the cross and flesh out the lore of the game more, and maybe make the cannibals seem more of a threat. This game will be the "10/10" hardcore survival experience they have been advertising.
