NEW Review:

With 2k hours in the game and literal years of owning the game, i can say that it's an awesome strategy game, the mod list is extensive if you want to spice up your game, the DLCs are actually reasonable. After becoming an adult with actual disposable income, buying a DLC once every couple of months really wasn't an issue. There is also a subscription service to enable all DLCs at once, and if you want to try the game out, i'd say do that instead. Not to mention, i truly feel like EU4 has the best implementation of DLC monetisation strategy in the gaming industry.

10/10 will play again and again and again.

DLCs are crap, don't buy them from steam if they are full price, just go to *** or buy them when they are on sale, everything else is 10/10

Good game, the most recent update made the game so much more interesting, but not sure whether I like the combat width changes, will have to wait and see.
