14th March: Very disappointed in this game. Co-op campaign is unplayable because of the terrible peer-to-peer connection and even playing on firefight can be a lag fest. Removal of the credit system in Reach was a mistake and has made the customisation incredibly slow and boring. Not being being able to earn XP in the campaign and custom firefights is also a piss take. Sort this out 343.

Take note game devs. This is an Early access game done right!

Just a disclaimer before you read on that if you want an in-depth review on whether or not to buy this game then this may not be the review for you because I’m going to be mainly focusing on replayability.

In my opinion there are not that many games out there that have as much replay value as Arma 3 (if you know any that are just as or more replayable then please share). For example, there are loads of different server types each giving a fresh experience; be it the jolly cooperation of the Invade and Annex servers, the lone wolf survival of Wasteland servers (you can also be in teams) or roleplaying as whoever you want in an Altis Life server. This is only a handful of the vanilla multiplayer options available. There is also a decent campaign to play in singleplayer and with a few good scenario mods you can have endless mission possibilities. There are, of course, mods for multiplayer which increases the server type variety even more.

The excellent replayability is just one of the many pros of this game so without a doubt I highly recommend picking this game up. You won’t be disappointed!

Also wanted to add that I think this is a worthy nominee for the “Just 5 More Minutes” award because when you get in a good server it is damn hard to leave it and the hours fly by!
