I love this game series and in my opinion Bioshock 2 is the best release.

The atmosphere is great, you really feel that claustrophobic feeling of living in a underwater city, but you also kind of feel the beauty of it whenever you see some gorgeous halls or giant panorama windows with wildlife swimming around the city skyline (or depthline or whatever).

The Story itself is good enough. not quite bioshock 1 level of good, but it's intriguing and you want to know what is happening. What makes this series so great for me is the clash of ideologies in the different parts and you get a lot of this here aswell.

what the game lacks in story "upgrades" compared to bioshock 1 it makes up in mechanics and enemy variety. the hacking is simpler and makes your game go much more fluently, if you literally hack anything like i do. The weapons and new tonics are fun to try out.

If you liked bioshock 1 you will certainly love this. if you did not play bioshock 1 you might want to play it first, otherwise you might be confused as to what is actually happening.

From a technical perspective the game worked great for me and i liked the remastered version.

Detroit: Become Human is one of those games, that keeps you thinking about it days/weeks after you've finished it. The concept of branching storylines is done to perfection and you really feel like you've built your own story.

The story is beautifully crafted and the game is trying to build a complete universe where different decisions and story outcomes influence not only your personal story, but the whole universe you're finding yourself in.

The characters are interesting and actually get to your emotions sometimes during the game itself. I have found myself not taking any chances of losing any character, while i often enough find myself sacrificing some in similar games and not care too much about it.

The game just has details in every corner, you will never regret just looking around or listening to random NPCs talking about their daily lives. Another example is when the main menu tried to befriend me and asked me if we are friends... yes I'm a proud friend of the main menu i guess.

While it was 30$ for me, this money could not have been spent better than on this game and I do not think it is asked for too much. This is more that prime time entertainment and you'll get around 11-12 hours of content (Not doing the undiscorvered paths) and for that it is absolutely worth it and spend much better than on some random Multiplayer game.

I've been a long time fan of Quantic Dream and they have outdone themselves once again. While this felt similar to the predecessors Beyond: Two souls, Heavy Rain or Fahrenheit it still had its own identity and its own feel to it. I am very excited for the new projects of Quantic Dream and will most definitely look forward to playing the next hit aswell.

I think, therefore I am.

It's a really good game of this franchise.

If you're into Adventure/Exploration games, this one is for you. I love this mix of Mystic and Modern stories.
This game makes you curious about how the story will unfold, but also makes you want to explore the open map (relatively Big) alot since it's really rewarding. everything you do gives you XP to unlock sometimes useful, sometimes weird skills, while also rewarding you with little parts of history/story everytime you find something.

I've bought the Definitive Edition with all the Addons and it adds up to 35 Hours playtime, which is really good for a Singleplayer game like this and i feel like the time spend here is "worth" more than playing a multiplayer game so it's definitely a good lenght.

Definitely recommend this.

You are basicly trading electricity and mouse lifetime for in game currency. kinda addicting thing to run on the side. if you enjoy afk games go for it. though be advised, it is an afk game and is probably best while watching a movie on the side or play another game meanwhile.

This game and it's predecessor were one of the games that defined PC gaming and there is a reason for it.

Ok so i have this game on ps4 (~200 hours) aswell as on pc, after i recenty switched to pc and noticed many unfair reviews i wanted to say something about the game.
Yes this game does have its problems, (peer-to-peer, balance, toxicity..) but you wont find any game just quite like this anywhere else.

The Developer team tries to be as interactive with their community as possible and listens (which is sometimes their downfall). They are actively working towards keeping this game as long alive as possible with regular content updates, balance and weekly Dev Streams.

The Game is big fun when playing alone as the killer and especially when played with friends as survivors (or even a custom game where you can kill your friends) and you can potentially spend hundreds if not thousands of hours on this game without getting bored.

About the recent negative review flow, most of the community was expecting the devs to do harsher punishments for toxic behaviour for a couple of weeks now, but this affected a somewhat popular streamer that has been banned before where he had admitted he has hacked in game cosmetics and now they only believe the streamer so they put negative reviews on this game to "punish" the devs for banning him.
Form your opinion on this story and then you can decide who you want to believe.

I can suggest the game to everyone who is curious to 1v4 PvP Horror games and hope to see you in your trial soon.

Great atmosphere and setting. the good gameplay you know and love from Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
a little short though and filled with dlc +some not intrusive microtransactions. (they are really useless i ask myself why they had to put them in in the first place) 8/10
