Game I absolutely love playing being ruined by greedy dev's that have decided to make the grind for unlocking new vehicles way longer than it should be. I shouldn't have to spend money on premium account and on premium vehicles equivalent in cost to full AAA games just to not lose SL each match.

Hurts my soul to see happen :(|

Edit: Gaijin have introduced a plan to fix the economy that I am largely okay with (although they have stipulated they can reverse the changes if it doesn't work out well for them).
I will change to thumbs up for now, but leave my original review up as a precaution.

Played this on PS4 when it was first released back when i was still at school. Parents were out of the country and It was a school holiday. I very rarely binge games but the world of horizon and the story behind how the earth got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up kept me so captivated that I played the game nonstop to completion. Now that I got my first gaming PC I replayed HZD on here and I still enjoyed every second of it, bringing back memories to those two weeks of no school.Probably my favourite open world RPG i have played and certainly one of my favourite stories in gaming. The world building is (imo) one of the best in gaming, and the enemy designs are just so cool to fight.My only criticism is that the side characters are a bit mid, but the DLC seemed to add some more interesting ones.Havent played forbidden west but I will be looking to pick it up as soon as it hits the steam store.

I love Squad, I haven't played a Mil-Sim game before playing this, (other than Insurgency and Insurgency Sandstorm which is arguably arcadey) so squad was a real dive in the deep end for me.
Offworld Interactive have done an incredible job setting up a game that fits 100 people in a server and provides the tactical realism of fighting and communicating with a squad of 8 other people with the punishing aspect of being knocked out in 1-2 hits.
Good tactics will always prevail in Squad, and with the right strategy you can mow down a whole squad with one well placed machine gunner or be on the receiving end of a Tandem rocket into the side of your vehicle.

Great game. Highly recommend.

Intense, semi-realistic gunfight which make your butt clench faster than a suicide bomber detonating his IED after running next to you and your buddies.

Incredibly fun World War 2 FPS, Large scale maps that can involve tanks infantry and fighter pilots. It makes you feel like you are an actual soldier in WW2 at times.

Large array of Tanks, Vehicles and Planes for each 3 factions (US, Germany, Soviets) and you can have mulitple characters for each faction with different loadouts/professions (infantry, tank commander, airborne, recon etc...)

HUGE maps for a FPS, basically 0 invisible walls, which lets you and your squad flank the enemy's position for some exciting gameplay. Lots of cover as well, letting you hide your tank in the bushes, waiting for an enemy tank to foolishly try to push forward

I highly recommend giving it a go!

In my nearly 300 hours (at the time of writing this) I have experienced:

- People who can shoot me around corners due to ping
- People who form a team of 8 in solos and proceed to gang bang anyone else
- People who can instantly lock on to me and shoot the wall im behind with no recoil
- People who can shoot through the wall im behind
- People who can shoot directly at the ground 4 km away from where I am and kill me
- People who can fire a Shotgun like an Assault rifle despite not having a AR equiped
- People who can turn cars invisible so when im driving my motorbike across the military bridge I slam into a invisible car, blow up, and then the car materialises

And if you say none of these people listed above were chinese.
I'm sorry.
But you are deluded
