Just finished reading the in-game manual. Seems promising. I will update my review when I finish the tutorial.

The current content of the game is minimal. For example, there are only 5 types of dinosaurs and only 7 or 8 things to craft. The game is also very buggy: AI is very bad, water is glitchy, rain/fog and day/night cycles are instantaneous. Nonetheless, this game is very fun to play. The environment is great, textures are great, and the graphics are decent. Online is really fun to play with friends. I hope they implement some sort of voice chat in game. I am looking forward for great things comming out of this game.

Should you buy? If it looks interesting to you then yes. If you desire a more completed game than you should wait a few months.
