i absolutely love this game, but its become so "progressive" that if you use any form of game chat, someone can report you and get you banned without reason. psyonix doesnt tell you the reason you were banned, they dont give you a phrase you said, they dont give you any reason at all. they simply say "youre banned for X amount of time". complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and makes me regret supporting a company who could care less about truly toxic and vile players, but is willing to ruin the experience of people who truly arent in the wrong, because its easier to have a computer ban people, rather than PAY an actual person to monitor reports. they have an AI which bans people. cant view context, cant view actual video, simply goes off the number of people who report. which takes a whopping like, 3 people to report someone for them to get banned, so if you slap the ♥♥♥♥ out of the other team, n they call your team ♥♥♥♥ n talk alot of smack, so you respond n say, "well if i suck, and i just beat you, doesnt that mean you suck worse?" well, better hope all 3 of them dont report you, because now you cant play for a few days, a week or more. pathetic how far we have come. makes me want to no longer play the game, even though ive got 900+ hours on steam and another few hundred on xbox. dont bother trying to repeal the ban, because once again, THEY AINT WILLING TO PAY ANYONE to monitor reports, so by the time the bot responds to your appeal, you are already unbanned. worthless system. they dont care about players, as their servers are HORRIBLE, laggy as could be, and they have absolutely no real customer support. i love the game, i hate the company. you choose.

as of 8/22/15 whenever i open the game and log in it says sorry but the game has crashed, would you like to send a report. game was fun while i could play it....
