The game is horribly balanced, the devs constantly talk about fixing the sandbox but never really do. The PvP meta-game hasn't been good in years, kinda feels like they've taken the best shooter around barring Titanfall and just lit it on fire. Nothing ever feels fun or like an accomplishment, it just feels like reaching the next step, even at the higher level content like low man raids or two/solo encounters. If I'm being honest I've used this game as a coping mechanism and a form of escapism for a long enough time, and I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the community was doing the same thing, or was waiting for a return to a state-of-the-game that's been long dead.
