Sav has abandoned Steam.
Valve has decided that Steam will stop running on Windows 7 in January 2024.
I for one will NOT be told what operating system I "have to" run just because it suits them - and no longer will I allow my money & games to be held to ransom by third party parasites.

Steam has basically taken all my games away (software that I've legitimately paid for the rights to use in perpetuity) - and put them on the top of a tall cupboard where I can't reach them.
I call this "Theft".

In response, as of this profile edit (September 2023), I've replaced all of my Steam games with DRM-free copies and have uninstalled my Steam browser.
I will never be back here.
Valve will never see another penny of my money.
They can f u c k themselves.

If you're reading this, I strongly encourage you to follow suit and move away from DRM.

How many abuses are you willing to tolerate? How many hoops will you jump through before you stand and say enough is enough? Where is YOUR line?
