Edit: Edit: Just found the developer room. While I miss gun, just know I had fun getting there. Maybe the elevator could have been faster to get to the top of the VNC but you know. Thanks for sticking it out Techland.

I'm going to open this with two statements. This game is fun. This game is janky. That being said the things that are janky are pathing and building. The building is less janky than the pathing. But I definitely have had my own units stuck by an automatic fence and one of my engineers refuse to build a thing, mostly because he couldn't reach it. But this game is fun, the developer knows there are issues and is working on it. But man even though I keep getting my ass kicked the game is fun, if you like RTS and fighting zombies in a modern setting (Which I always have wanted) this game is great. It needs a lot of polish, in fact im writing this review after a crash.

You can build your own perimeter, handle civilian resue, while building a line to hold back the infected. Really gives a emergency management feel, with combat you can sink your teeth into, as far as unit positioning and making sure they have ammo and fuel. (Took me two games to realize the Atlas is your best friend) But you can equip your forces with weapon choices and group them accordingly. I have a Hellraisers unit I always group up with shotguns and flamethrowers to go DNA hunts, sometimes they dont make it, but they always take their pound of flesh.
Lastly they are adding multiplayer and have a FPS mode, so if you have friends who want to shoot stuff but dont like RTS or vice versa this is gonna be sweet. The multiplayer isnt here yet but I hear in the discord sometime this year for 4 players.
