When I first saw this game I thought it was just a vampire survivor clone and disregarded. Then I saw one of my favorite Binding of Isaac streamers playing it and decided to pick it up. Honestly it is one of the best 5 dollars Ive ever spent and i plan on gifting this game to my friends who were also hesitant. It is similar to vampire survivors but better. They way you can augment your abilities abilities mid run to adapt to your play style is great. I love Vampire Survivors but after a while the games felt a little samesie. Don't get me started on the massive skill tree. This game is unbeatable value in playablity for the price. You should just buy this game

So I am still discovering the ins and outs of the game and how it works. Its an early review but I know I'll be playing this game for a long time. For starters I absolutely love card games, I play magic the gathering, Slay the Spire, Hearthstone, etc. Slay the spire is one of my all time favorite games, especially when the modding community took off. Playing Tainted Grail gives me the same feeling I had in 2018 when I first started climbing the spire. I bought it yesterday June 3rd at 5am while I was at work and played it for about 30 minutes and thought wow this is pretty sweet. as I got deeper and deeper into I saw how great the art is and how awesome the story is and then I unlocked the summoner class and I am now hooked. This has potential for being one of my most played games on steam. I cannot wait to see where this game goes

Infinite replayablity, is very mechanically rewarding, I've played for over 200 hours and I am discovering new items, unlocks and combinations. My best friend reccomended me this game in 2017 and I played it off and on for a couple years but since the new dlc came out i have played the game for about 80 hours. I have not even unlocked the ability to play the new levels. Even still the game is GOAT'd and is a must play

This has to be one of my favorite games of all time, my friends and I picked up on the first day of early access and half way through day 3 we realized we needed a dedicated server and bought one. Since then the server has been empty for a total of 5 hours since the game released. You can easily lose yourself in the combat, hunting, building exploring, etc. The game is simply beautiful and one the best games I ever played. I do not remember a time I was this hooked on a game and cant wait for people to come with crazy mods and just developer content in general. For 20 dollars this game is an absolute steal and I highly reccomend everyone plays it

This game is absolutely Ficking fantastic. The art style is amazing, the game doesnt hold your hand and can actaully be quite punishing for making mistakes like jumping into a crowd of enemies to use your signiture and if you get hit while tryinjg to cast it the animation cancels and your spell is on cooldown. There are quite a lot of spells as well and you can arrange them in any combonation you choose. The creativity and freedom in this game is great. I only have a few robes and they dont seem to impact the game too much so far. I havent noticed a distinct difference in three I bought. Maybe you can level them up or upgrade them or something idk, but as of right now the benefit they give seems to be quite minor. There is local coop right now and no online multipler. Online multiplayer would make this game an goty for me quite honestly. The devs did a great job and I see this game going places in the future 10/10 must buy
