So, you are interested in fresh meat? We are unique in that we can provide meats ready to eat similar to the Japanese delicasy ''shirouo,'' wich is a fish served while still alive.

At my farms we took this one step further and perfected the art of cooking and serving meat while the animal is still alive.
We are famous for our live baby veal fully cooked while still alive. We do this by increasing the blood flow to the head while the calf is boiled in a 200-degree oven. The calf's head is completely outside the oven, and drained blood and oxygen are pumped into the calf's brain through tubes.
The calf is humanely cooked ub comfort, while cool damp towels are wrapped around it's head. The calf is cooked to perfection and can be served to your guests on a large tray. Imagine the delight of your guests when they see the live calf smiling at them while being carved up and served. The calf can live up to one hour after the tubes are pulled out, giving plenty of time for a lively conversation and consumpstion while it's still alive.
