A relaxing time

I want to like this game but every time i play it i come out feeling miserable at how badly i did, i'll likely keep playing it but i just wish it wasn't making me feel horrible after just a handful of bad games in a row

This is a fun game, you play it though a couple of times unlock all the upgrades then you add the songs you like to whatever music playlist you have, after that, not really much else a contained fun time

RIP, only good one of these games out there felt like the only game that actually let you drive and drift rather then move between one of three choices

at it's current price of $50AUD this bundle is not worth it $20AUD 100% everything in the bundle is nice just very overpriced my advice get it on sale

Booth is an interesting game; all I knew about the game going in was a single 30 seconds part to a YouTube video saying it was Papers please but for food inspection so with nothing better to do at 10PM at night I decided to buy it. I have to say Booth is very good in a lot of places for one it handles it story very well, you are a food inspector in a world where food is pretty heavily regulated because of a famine and you are on the preverbal front line to stop people getting sick, there is also your dad a thought criminal who’s history haunts you in subtle ways. You do have some agency in crafting your own story each day you can order some food from one of three take out/delivery shops for best girl dial 717, 5577 in addition you also have the genres obligatory secret underground resistance/terrorist/freedom fighter organization that gives you a choice other then working for the system.

As far as gameplay goes there is eight main forms of actions you can take from weighing items to checking them for harmful germs as the game goes on you unlock more of these at a quick pace, the other main mechanic of the game is hunger/health you have to eat each day to keep up your health but getting a good nights rest and reading a book also seem to help somehow starve off hunger.

Now let’s talk about the one bad part, after a while in the game something will happen and you will be in a very story heavy part of the game however this story content is broken up by the main gameplay part of the game; eventually you will arrive at a part of the game which I will not try to spoil which will be very story heavy however the game will break up the story sections with more of the gameplay loop of being a food inspector and personally it felt rather jarring to me, in addition the path I had taken in the game put me in a position where continuing to do the job felt pointless so much so that I gave up even playing the gameplay loop and left to do something else as the game quite placidly told me that my pay would be duct for each error after my allotted 3 but at that point in the game I couldn’t honestly care. This was in turn made worse on my second play though where because of the original choice I avoided the extra gameplay loop by simply choosing a different option.

Finally I admit I have not discovered all the secrets of this game overall I have gotten 2 endings both of which I consider bad endings based on mistakes I have made which both seem so minor at the time and while I managed to obtain an average rating of S for my first play though and simply let the game give me C ratings for my second to see the different story beats for my second I can’t say I beat the ending that requires what I can only guess is a near 99% perfection rating for the final test which thanks to a game play loop I came to hate either though design or by burning myself out over ten hours of straight game play I may not pick back up for a while.

Overall? Yes I recommend this game I like my indie dystopian games, Papers Please, Beholder 1 and 2 and Booth for all it’s Faults fits right in there I want to learn more about it’s future punk world but at the same time I want to do it without having to fill water bottles or deal with nightmare peaches

a wastes of money game dose not run unless it's in Legacy mode and then you can't do anything because it won't allow you to connect to any music, then it will crash at random and force you to go looking in your task manager for a file so the game will stop "running" for steam what's more my anti virus threw a fit when i installed this game and despite what the devs are saying there is a good 90% chance you will infect your machine with something by trying to play this game

While still early in being built it's a very simple to use dungeon builder that let's you really focus on working room to room, though i will say it's less of a game and more a tool to help people looking to try out and build quick and easy dungeons with minimal hassle and worry and unlike something like say table top simulator where you have to first load the game then open and dungeon building addons you have this is everything you need right out of the gate and at a good price too
