League Of Legends is probably the game with more replayability i have ever played, the game where you can invest more hours that i have ever played. How does this achieve it? By implemeting huge changes each season, but most importantly, by litterally deleting all of your progress each season.
Wow that sounds ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ disgusting, right? that's what i thought too, but that's how they achieve their replayability, and it really works. Without doing this the game would become stagnant, stale, the market? overloaded.Thanks to this seasonal wipes, we are forced to innovate, and try new builds, meta will of course cycle heavily each season too.
i'm not gonna explain how the level tree is or the skill gems work, but just know that there can be a ton of different builds based on the same skill, you probably wont see a game with as much build customization as this, a game where two builds of the same class,
