All in all, a decent heist with nice environments, good layout and solid objectives. It plays different in loud and stealth.
There's also good adaptability between loud and stealth, so if you wish to play the first half of the heist quietly and then go loud in the second half, you can do that.

The weapons are great. They are based on the G3, MP5 and .500 Magnum revolver, and make a great fit in Payday.

There are some technical issues with the heist. The lighting can look a little strange in a select few areas and there are bugs that can soft-lock you from completing the heist. The soft-locking bugs are rare as the steps to reproduce them aren't yet certain.

It's good. Dark Forces 1 polished and repackaged for modern systems. I'd say it's the definitive version to play. But I can't recommend it at its current price.

It is not a new experience, new envisioning or anything like that. If you've seen or played Dark Forces before, then you know exactly what you're gonna get. It's just a lot more convenient to play because the old one is a bit crusty and can be a hassle to play.
