It's like the first game but even better. Better graphics, better neighborhoods, better tools. It's everything a good sequel should be: take the good from the old and make it all bigger and better.

It's free to play so if you like the Sims go for it. It does some things better than the Sims 3 and other things worse. The graphics are better, and the moodlets/moods are better. Some of the maps seem much smaller and less populated. It takes some getting used to but, it's pretty fun. I'd recommend trying it out and if you like it buy some of the dlc packs that look appealing. Pay careful attention to the reviews though, most DLCs have awful reviews.

Played this for a few hours and here is my initial reaction:
Basically furry update. The perks are somewhat interesting and basically eliminate the needs for most items that fill basic needs like energy, bladder, hygiene, and hunger. Ranking up is pretty easy, just do werewolf actions. The werewolves look good unlike in the Sims 3 but, still no tail unfortunately. You can fully customize fur pattern. Great pack for furry trash like me. Also after your first transformation you can stay in wolf form without being on a rampage which increases skill gains but makes fury gains happen more often.
One annoying part is most of the werewolf temperaments are awful. The anti-capitalist temperament basically makes it impossible to get promoted. You got to work for a few hours and then your fury fills and you leave to rampage. And when you're done you can't go back to work for the day. There's a ton of others that make you gain fury from watching TV or the stereo, hate water, etc. It seems they're largely random but they are influenced by certain actions like eating lots of meat will cause the carnivore trait. There are over 20 temperaments and only 4 are good. I'd recommend using cheats to remove the bad ones and just add the 4 good ones if just to prevent the negative ones that really limit your sim's ability to improve themselves. Although I've found the removing traits cheat seems to fail sometimes.
The new town is small but, I've heard you can unlock more areas through the town quest.
All in all probably one of the few packs worth getting. I'd recommend getting it on sale. However, it's kinda crappy that they didn't just put all occult forms in one pack.

A great addition to the franchise. Some major updates from Civ IV: one military unit and one unarmed unit (like a worker or settler) per space, and cities have their own defense without a unit in them which is improved by having a unit in them.
The DLCs are definitely worth it if you like the base game.

It's similar to Stardew Valley but darker. As the name implies you're a graveyard keeper. You prep bodies and bury them. There's also farming, a vineyard, gathering resources (wood, stone, metal), fishing, a dungeon, and a main story quest. The NPCs range from generic to walking jokes.
You unlock new things along tech trees to improve your various jobs. You're probably going to need to wiki a good amount of things as the tutorials are often unhelpful and sometimes ways to complete quests are very unclear. I don't have any DLCs so I can't comment on those and I haven't beaten the main story or fully explored all the tech and such. I'd say it's worth the cash if you want some fun but, there's probably better games you can buy in a similar style.

It's a fun game but, the PC port crashes at least once per mission beat often not saving. So you have to do the whole mission or parts of it again. You basically have to verify the local files after every crash. There are other "fixes" that made it not even run. It's up to you if you think this game is worth constant crashes and hours more off gameplay to do exactly what you just did.

Played through this several times. If you can get past the potato graphics it's a great story and a lot of fun. Over the top fun with a HUGE map. Never played the HD remake but I doubt it's worth it.
I will say the combat is gonna get annoying fast because it lacks the cover system of the HD Universe and some modern stuff we're all used to at this point. Just look up an invincible cheat and an infinite ammo one really. Careful though if you used more than 500 something cheats the game glitches and a late Las Venturas mission becomes impossible.

Easily the best co-op zombie game ever made. L4D has been out for many years and still holds up and outperforms cheap imitations.

The Middle Child of the Bioshock franchise. It gets a bad rep because Bioshock 1 and Infinite are Masterpieces while 2 falls short of that. It's still a fun game though and well worth the cost. Also the Minerva's Den DLC is great. I'd say it probably has a better story than the main campaign.

A rare combination of excellent gameplay and amazing writing. Just temper your heart because the main story and the DLCs are an emotional punch to the gut.
